Very comfortable! I originally ordered large as this is the size I would normally wear. They ran quite big in the legs (width) so I also ordered size medium. The medium fit more as I would have expected the large to fit. I eventually grew into the large later in my pregnancy.

omg so comfy!
I put off getting maternity scrubs, because I thought I would hate them. After a few weeks of struggling to keep my pants up, I gave in. WOW. I should have bought these earlier. The fabric is soft and the tummy panel is also soft and will grow with me. So comfy, I never want to take them off. I got the "flexible" top too and it is the same. Very nice, great quality, comfy. I usually wear medium, so I got the same size in maternity and theyre great!

Pants are OK.
Belly area of pants were great, fit a bit snug in the hips. My big complaint would be that the material seems to attract every bit of lint or cat hair blowing through the air.
