I recently bought the S5 pressure pump to wash my solar panels. I must say that I was immediately pleased to see it. Very good to look at. All the accessories were neatly packed in ziplock bags. An Indian made product (that looks "phoren"! :) ]. It should be able to sell very well anywhere. All the parts look sturdy and are easy to clean. The threading on all the adaptors etc is strong and will likely last for many years. The air locks when they do occur are easy to remove. The pump functions beautifully. Even when water pressure from my terrace tap is very low, the output pressure from the pump is very good and I am able to spray clean my panels from as far away as 20-30 feet. Removing moss and other debris from the filter nozzle is very easy. I have only one suggestion for the manufacturer: please get someone who knows English well to rewrite your manual. As it is right now, it is poorly written and the troubleshooting pages are difficult to understand. It's a minor but important flaw.

Although the hose connector pipe got damaged due to pressure during my second wash, the customer service team responded quickly and professionally. They reviewed the issue promptly and agreed to replace the damaged part under warranty without any hassle. Really appreciate their supportive and responsive after-sales service.
