Would one slice of pizza from a large 16” pie cut into eight slices fit in this box?

Yes - This is designed to fit a 14" - 16" pizza cut in 8th's.

Can I just purchase 20 single slice boxes?

I would guess no. you would need to buy the case of 200.

So we are selling pizza by the slice and we have a 12 inch pizza and cutting it in 4th's will this box work?

Our clam shell may be a little tight on the crust end. I am estimating your crust side is about 9” in length and our clam shells are 7” on the crust end. We do have another box that would work well. It is S44966 and is 9” on the crust end. It is a storflat box which is nice because they take up less space. I hope that helps. Mark
