The movement during transportation can sometimes lead to the scoop ending up at the bottom of the powder. Use a teaspoon to dig around and you should be able to find it.

How long will this last for 2 dogs both around the 20kg mark please?

For two 20kg dogs having two scoops each daily the 125g tub would last approx 25 days.
