It's a great product and does a terrific job cleaning your dishes!! There's no mess, unless you have wet hands when you handle the pods inside the container, because the water on your skin causes the outer lining around the pods to disolve and then they leak inside the container. The scent is also pleasant.

Having used generic brands before was reluctant to try because of cost. Decision to try best ever impressive cleaning action, fresh scent, inside cabinet of dishwasher has almost a new gleam, filter holds less gunk. Would definitely recommend and will repurchase.

You Might Get Bags and Not A Tub.
I was a little annoyed by this item. The product itself is great. My issue was with the picture that is associated with the pods. I thought I would be getting a tub with 81Ct packets, but instead got 5 packages of 17 packets. So I got 85 instead of 81 (yay me) but still thought the tub was easier to store than the 5 bags.
