Personally I think there is a little difference, skin seems brighter and feels much better! 4 weeks in today, taste takes some getting used to, I put mine in the fridge which I think makes it more tolerable (for me anyway) all in all it’s a good product, hair is more manageable and nails are growing pretty well - I will keep going.

Prices keeps going up so won't be buying these anymore. Over £10 more for 14 within less than 3 weeks? No thanks, not good. It is now an overly priced product. Cheaper to buy from the high Street now. Take note.

I’ve been using for about 10 days and while I’m waiting to see the long term results I can at least comment on the following: They are convenient- being in little sachets. But initially the taste was awful. A bit fishy! But after time you get used to it. I do still make sure I have a drink to wash it down / away after!
