Very nice for just getting into sourdough baking. Definitely nice to have everything in one little bundle. Quality seems to be good haven't had any issues as of yet about a month of use so far and all very simple as expected

For the price of what I paid and everything it came with! This was perfect! I am able to use this while making bread or any baking needs. It has helped with the rising of my dough. It is easy to clean. I have enjoyed using this for making cinnamon rolls, burger buns, and so much more!

As a beginner baker I would say this is a awesome starter buy. It comes with everything you need. I have had great success with all of the products included. I would say a better scoring blade will need to be purchased eventually but the one that comes with it is sufficient. Added bonus was a set of gram measuring spoons was included but not pictured. Not sure if it was a happy accident or not though. Overall this is a really good buy!

Grateful I found this banneton! It’s really well constructed, with no gaps, even, and great quality, which I’m so happy about, as I had to return two others before I found this one. It’s the same size as my old one, so it works perfectly to divide my recipe and proof one loaf of sourdough in each. The extra items that are included are a handy plus for starting out with sourdough bread making, as it has all you need.

It’s great, I can’t fault it. I’m fairly new to bread making but I found the basket light and easy to use. Makes a nice pattern on bread. The scorer is a must have. So much better than a knife. The scrapers come in handy too. It’s well made. Seems good quality.

Not had chance to use this yet, but everything you need to make sourdough bread is included other than the Dutch oven to bake your bread in. Quality looks to be great so looking forward to baking my first loaf - will try to remember to update this with a photo of the finished product!!

Das Set ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die mit dem Backen von Brot oder Sauerteigbrot beginnen möchten. Es enthält die wichtigsten Utensilien, sodass man nicht jedes Teil einzeln zusammensuchen und bestellen muss. Gerade für den Einstieg finde ich das praktisch, da man direkt eine solide Grundausstattung zur Hand hat und mit dem Backen beginnen kann. Der Gärkorb ist für mich das wichtigste Teil des Sets und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Er wirkt wertig verarbeitet und fühlt sich stabil an. Auch optisch konnte ich keine auffälligen Mängel feststellen. Der dazugehörige Stoffeinsatz ist ebenfalls praktisch, da man den Teig darin ordentlich ruhen lassen kann. Je nach Rezept und persönlicher Vorliebe kann der Korb natürlich auch ohne den Einsatz verwendet werden. Die übrigen Werkzeuge ergänzen das Set sinnvoll. Den Teigaufteiler verwende ich persönlich eher selten, was aber weniger an der Qualität liegt, sondern einfach daran, dass ich ihn für meine bisherigen Brote nicht oft benötige. Es ist trotzdem gut, ihn zur Hand zu haben, falls der Teig einmal geteilt oder portioniert werden soll. Deutlich häufiger kommt bei mir der Teigschaber aus Kunststoff zum Einsatz. Dieser ist nicht nur beim Brotbacken nützlich, sondern lässt sich auch für viele andere Arbeiten in der Küche verwenden. Ich nutze ihn zum Beispiel auch bei anderen Teigen und Backprojekten. Damit kann man Teigreste gut aus einer Schüssel holen oder eine Arbeitsfläche sauber abziehen. Für mich ist er deshalb eines der vielseitigsten Teile des gesamten Sets. Insgesamt macht die Zusammenstellung einen durchdachten Eindruck. Natürlich wird man wahrscheinlich nicht jedes enthaltene Werkzeug gleich häufig verwenden, aber das ist bei einem solchen Komplettset ganz normal. Entscheidend ist für mich, dass die wichtigen Bestandteile vorhanden sind und die Qualität einen guten ersten Eindruck macht. Für Anfänger ist das Set besonders interessant, da man damit eine praktische Basis für die ersten eigenen Brote bekommt. Aber auch wenn bereits einige Backutensilien vorhanden sind, können der Gärkorb und der vielseitig verwendbare Teigschaber eine sinnvolle Ergänzung sein. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden. Das Set bietet einen guten Umfang, der Korb ist ordentlich verarbeitet und somit kann das Brotbacken direkt beginnen.

I have just received it and I can tell you from A to Z the material is heavy duty not temu quality. I find it worthy the price and the quality. Maybe you look for more things like a brush to clean the wood or the tools liked the iron cast silicone bread mat but you can buy them alone in general I love it and recommend it.
