Been on these for two months and my skin is starting to look so youthful and nails way stronger!! These are good quality! 3 a day can be hard to remember and take with meals but im getting there ! I highly recommend. No stomach issues either

Thanks to the pandemic I experienced unexpected hair loss in early 2022 so, as per my doctors’ recommendation, I’ve been taking biotin ever since and I have really seen a difference! My hair doesn’t seem to be growing faster but it DOES seem thicker and healthier - and my nails are growing like weeds! These capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow (this is good since the serving size is 3/day). As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. This particular supplement contains very unique ingredients so I’m not concerned about getting overlap with the other vitamins I’m taking. Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking these for over a year and am very happy with my hair and nails. Works well, softer skin, less hair falling out.

I have been taking these for several months now. My nails and hair feel healthier, and over all I feel better. They are easy to swallow and there is no odor or taste to them. For me they seem to be a great go to for an overall vitamin.

I feel like these did help my perimenopausal issue of itchy eyes. And I think it is helping my joints and also my nails seem to be growing faster and thicker. The downside is I figured out whenever I taken them, I have mild nausea and a burning type sensation in my stomach. It is not horrible but it is uncomfortable. I had forgotten to take a few days and then within a couple hours of taking a dose, my stomach issues started and I was reminded of how I had been having them the previous week, all on days that I took the collagen. As long as you can tolerate that, I think you will like this product. I am going to try taking with food and a large amount of water tomorrow and see if that helps me.

I’ve discovered this collagen supplement to be one of the best I’ve ever tried. It’s completely tasteless, didn’t cause any stomach issues, and has no smell. Swallowing the three capsules daily is effortless, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fingernails, skin, and hair growth. I intend to continue using it as part of my health routine in the future. Additionally, my joints don’t ache as much during cold weather, and my overall skin appears better. I also appreciate that this collagen supplement contains Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, and Biotin. I highly recommend this supplement and the price makes it a great value.

The only collagen supplements I dont mind taking. No funky aftertaste. Goes down easily. I absolutely see a difference in my skin, energy levels, and joint health when I actually rememeber to take these routinely.

This is a grade A product! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have very brittle nails and they are visibly shinier and stronger! Hair just got it colored so hard to tell 😂 but idk im pretty impressed! I just wanted to give it an A. (Pill itself is pretty large though)
