Perfect printer scanner with cheap high ink capacity
Bought this for my son's school work requirements and so far it does the job perfectly well. Highly impressive ink capacity for 3x cheaper than normal ink cartridges. (1200pages vs 300pages black) Super easy to use via mobile app or desktop app. No connection issues with wifi. Make sure it is placed near strong signal and configure it to join a wireless network if you have multiple routers.

Used maybe 3 times then stopped connecting to the internet. Did a hard reset and still doesn’t work.

Faulty driver and firmware
It should be a plug-n-play printer, however it doesn't work with my same brand hp laptop. Tried a number of driver updates, all failed. Still trying to update its firmware from manufacturer website, still doesn't work. Waste of time and money.
