I want to encourage everyone to take a gamble on this product! I waited and waited to bite the bullet because I just didn't see how it could possibly be much better than the monk fruit/erythritol blends found at my local store. I just mixed two spoonfuls of this stuff into my coffee with a shot of real organic cream. I pursed my lips and waited for that old familiar aftertaste, but the aftertaste never came. It tastes JUST LIKE my usual cup of coffee. I kept drinking and drinking, waiting for some kind of buildup to hit my tongue. Surely there must be a delayed aftertaste of some kind, right? Nope! I'm so excited that I could just do cartwheels across the floor. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes. We used his test kit to check my blood, and the results weren't good. Since that day, I've adopted a strict low carb lifestyle. I now realize that I can do without a whole lot of things in life, but sweet creamy coffee isn't one of them. My three cups of coffee a day are VITAL to keeping me happy and focused. Without sweet coffee to fill my stomach and curb my sugar cravings, my mind wanders to bad places. When I first saw this Sweetner I said I have to try it. I've been buying All kinds of different Sugars, and I was noticing that the Sugars I would buy would afterwards hurt My Stomach after drinking 2-3 Cups of Coffee, Ever since trying this Sweetner has made My Stomach feel much better. Even though I still have my 2-3 Cups a Day of Coffee it Does Not hurt my Stomach. I do have to say that the Sweetner comes from China, But! I still went ahead in buying it. It did not disappoint. Doesn't have the after taste that some sweeteners have.

If you're looking for a sugar replacement, this is about as close as you can get. It looks and tastes like sugar, but with a slight cooling effect on the tongue. I performed a few tests with it. Test 1: I placed half a teaspoon of this sweetener in a small glass of regular tap water. At the same time, I placed a half teaspoon of regular sugar in another glass of water. I wanted to see how long it would take for each to dissolve. I found that it took the Monk fruit sweetener about 50% more time to completely dissolve. Test 2: I performed the same test above, except that I filled both glasses with hot tap water. This time is it only took about 10% more time for the Monk fruit sweetener to dissolve when compared to regular sugar. Test 3: I substituted the Monk fruit sweetener in place of regular sugar when making a batch of chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were still great, but I could tell that they were not as soft "the next day" when compared to sugar made batches. Of course, a few seconds in the microwave solved that issue. A couple of friends tried them and thought they taste delicious. But then again, I'm a chocolate chip cookie afficionado...lol. Next time I make a batch I may try to increase the amount of butter. Overall, this is a great product and I intend to increase using it and decrease regular sugar intake. I don't have diabetes or any health ailments. I'm just moving towards healthier non-inflammatory foods and eating.

Love this monk sugar, granular, same as regular sugar and l cannot taste the difference..l us a bit less. Well worth the price.

I purchased the monkfruit erythitol blend because I read it was closer to sugar than the so nourished pure erythitol blend. I wanted something to closely mimic sugar in my coffee. Not only did my coffee taste AMAZING and I could barely tell the difference, I eliminated 100 calories/day just in sweetening my coffee where I previously used maple syrup. It's also great for dental health AND doesn't cause your blood sugar to spike, therefore not creating future sugar cravings. I love it. I will be buying again. I've been forever changed. Also, I got a free dessert cookbook from the seller when I bought this product. Not sure how long that will last but it was a REALLY awesome addition to the product.

This is the best sugar I have ever tasted, i love it in all my baking and coffee. It's absolutely delicious and tastes exactly like real granulated sugar. I have tried stevia before and it's absolutely disgusting, it has a bitter after taste in all of my baking and even in my coffee. This is 10x better then stevia and I'm so happy that I can finally have sugar without any calories. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is on a weight loss journey.
