Caraway 11" Non-Stick Square Griddle Pan

Fantastic pancake pan! This is my second purchase of a ceramic pancake pan, what an upgrade! Well built, great weight and heat distribution. It requires a bit of pampering with care but the performance is well worth it.

This griddle came packaged like a piece of fine jewelry. Its built sturdy and has a very smooth ceramic surface. We are very satisfied with the durability and it is easy to clean.

I love every Caraway pan I have. They are truly nonstick. They cook so well and clean easily. I have noticed you really don’t need to go past a medium heat. And I love the colors they offer. The square pan makes it so easy to cook multiple items (like sandwiches) without the rounded edges of a traditional sauté or frying pan.

Great griddle pan for healthy cooking

I’ll likely order a new one because in the early stages it’s an excellent nonstick and I appreciate the nontoxic coating- however, I’m ordering begrudgingly. I’ve only had this pan going on 5 months and the nonstick has already worn. Given that I accidentally cooked with high heat once and put it under cold water after cooking a time or two I’m going to guess it was probably me, but for the most part I felt like I really coddled it. I’ll see how round two goes before I give it less stars. Definitely not a starter pan.
