I'm 6' and they just reach my knee. I would go for the bigger version and they should fit. Best knee pads I've ever owned.

Vash, Measure from the top of your foot from wear you would tie your shoes, to the top of your knee. If it is 18" or less this item (5012) is good to go for you. Q: How comfotable are they? im on concrete floors for 8 hours

Mine are pretty comfy but if you're on concrete floors for eight hours I think it would shred them in a short time since they do not have a hardshell cover. The best thing about them is they don't cut your circulation off.
