I use the red light once a day for my acne scars and once a day for my back muscles because I play sports. The lightbulbs are good quality and have a high enough wattage to emit a strong light level.It also includes chains and hooks so that you can hang it into place which is convenient. I really like the timer setting on this as well.Overall this was an excellent purchase for the price. You can go on other sites (even ali express) and find that they're selling for more at the same specification.

. I’ve used my dr Dennis gross LED mask for years. After coming across a video saying that a Panel is more value for money I thought I’d give it a go. It targets the neck and face and is a much cheaper alternative. Panels also emit more red light over the body. Love this product

I think it’s worth sharing my experience after 20 days of using the panel…..Build quality and generalI was a little skeptical at first as the online reviews for panels suggest not to buy from Amazon and buy it from somewhere that has the medical certification. Anyway my decision to buy this was based on cost, I found it competitive for the size range.The panel seems well made and solid in construction. The hanging kits are useful. This is a relatively small unit so I find I need to spend more time targeting different areas of my body. I will definitely be looking to upgrade at some point and it’s a shame you can’t connect these units up with each other. The built in timer function is a very convenient and for me this is a must have feature.BenefitsI’ve used this practically everyday for 20 days for at least 20 minutes. I’ve found no improvement to skin or hair (although I’m not directing it on my head), the scales haven’t changed but my t-shirts feel a little looser. General mood and alertness in the morning is better, I’m finding I don’t crave as much coffee now. My sleep quality must be better which I’m surprised because I usually only get less than 7 hours and I feel pretty good after the morning session on the lamp. I consider myself reasonably fit already (also my diet I don’t eat any meat or diary), but I have noticed recently that I’m able to swim longer (50 pool lengths vs 30 before), im able to do 100% more chin ups than I could do previously. generally I have more energy and actively wanting to do more workouts.
