Good quality works great

It does it's job well. What more can I say? For $20 this is a good budget tool for the average electrical enthusiast. I used it on a weatherpack pin set and works great. Just make sure to use the correct size for the wire gauge you are crimping. The numbers on the jaws are 1 through 5, which I'm not familiar with. I would prefer if they listed the gauge number instead (I.e. 18awg), no big deal though. I also like that the pivot design keeps the jaws parallel to each other, a nice touch.

It's a pair of pliers so what do you need instructions for? I would normally agree but the tool has holes for various crimps connectors and the holes are numbered only. I called the manufacturer and got the info I needed but it would have been nice to have the printed instructions for the next use. Other than that the price is right and the tool works fine but it takes care in positioning the connector. I eventually decided to add a touch of solder after crimping since I only had a few dozen connections to make.

This crimp tool is a necessity for anyone wanting to make nice connectors for their vehicles or other applications. The crimping tool is very heavy duty, and did an excellent job of attaching the wires to the pins for the weather pack connectors. None of the wires pulled out of the connectors after they were assembled, and I didn't waste a single pin while assembling them. I would highly recommend this tool for anyone wanting to make professional looking connectors instead of the simple crimp connectors you can buy at any electronic or auto parts store.

I use these on a daily basis as an automotive electrical tech. They are not the fastest tool of this type I've used. They do not have a spring in the handle and they are a two crimp process, so they take a little longer to terminate each pin. But at 1/3 (or less) the cost of premium brand similar crimpers, these minor faults are easy to overlook. They do make good quality crimps and are built well. I've owned them for two years and they have held up well, especially for the amount of service they've seen. Bottom line: I recommend; this GM Delphi Weatherpack Crimper Tool should provide years of reliable crimps. 4.5 stars

I used this to build a couple custom wiring harnesses using weatherproof connectors. Crimps are perfect and look like OEM. My only gripe is that the labels on the tool (the numbers 1-5) are only on one side of the tool and I would prefer they were on the other. It would also improve if instead of 1-5 they were labeled with the wire gauge (no biggie). Overall, I would definitely recommend this to a friend and happily buy another.

Easy to use, DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING UNTIL YOU HABE MEMORIZED IT. Worked great, made nice crimps on TE Superseal 1.0 pins for a Holley Pro Dash input connector.

Works great after getting use to it. I took off one star because it is not thick enough to crimp the entire area on the connector that needs crimping. You have to crimp the rest with a second crimp. With that in mind it does work well. I also found it helps tinning the wires before crimping. After that every crimp was excellent.
