Natural Vitality Lemon Magnesium, 16 OZ

This has a pleasant taste, not bitter, not sour, just lemon-y. It mixes easily in water (as long as I remember not to pour too quickly and have the 'bubbles' overflow the cup). I make it with about half a cup of hot water and then add a half cup of cold water to make it drinkable. An easy way to boost my magnesium intake. The orange flavour is just as nice.

90 year old man needed an enema or suppository every 3 to 5 days before starting this. He takes 1 teaspoon of powdered vitamin c and 1 teaspoon of this every morning and 1 teaspoon of this in the evening. Mix with hot water and add a little cold. He now has normal bowel movements daily or every second day at the most. Has not needed anything else in over 6 months. It is a big relief for everyone, especially him.

I have been using this product for some time now (buying in store and same flavor). This is the first time I decided to order it online (given the reviews and value for money). However, it was very disappointing!! I don't know what it is - but whatever I received did not seem genuine at all - felt like throwing up every time I tried having it, and nauseous long after! Had to do away with the whole container. Buy at your own risk!

Works exactly as expected and thank goodness for that! I only take 1/2 the recommended dose and definitely don’t need more than that.

Way cheaper than buying at local natural foods store. I'd like to buy local but how can I when the local prices are so high. This stuff is great. Really does help me de-stress and sleep better. I use it to make my own electrolyte mix for my keto diet.
