Yeast Is NOT active, can't be used!!
I have tried adding it directly to the must as I always do, that didn't work. Tried it again, it didn't work. Then proofed it and did not get any activity. Keep this in the refrigerator with my other yeasts. Was really hoping to have a good deal, but since it is not active, this isn't worth the money.
