Not so sure
I thought that by breathing in pure oxygen I would feel something, more energetic perhaps but this to me felt just like compressed air but obviously there is no way to test that it’s actual pure oxygen in the cans so I can’t say anything for sure

Convenient oxygen boost for everyday use
I received these oxygen canisters for review purposes and found them surprisingly convenient and easy to use. The integrated mask design is a great feature because there is no need for separate tubing or attachments, so it is ready to use straight away. The trigger control also makes it simple to regulate the flow depending on how much you need. I mainly used it after exercise and during long working days, and it did leave me feeling more refreshed and focused afterwards. The lightweight aluminium canister is easy to carry around as well, which makes it useful for travel or keeping nearby at home. The oxygen feels clean and the canister lasts a reasonable amount of time considering the size, especially if using short bursts rather than continuous flow. I also appreciate that the cans are fully recyclable. One small point is that the effects can feel fairly temporary, so regular users may go through a can quicker than expected. Overall though, this is a well-designed and practical product that delivers a noticeable boost when needed.

Terrible
Top connection doesn't even fit around the face, and instructions show the item with a completely different fitting.

Easy to use but poor value and questionable effectiveness
This oxygen canister is very straightforward to use. The built-in cup fits comfortably over your mouth and nose, and all you need to do is press the release lever to start the oxygen flow. It’s simple and convenient, with no setup required, which is definitely a positive. However, the main issue I found was how quickly the canisters run out. Despite being advertised as containing a decent volume, they don’t last very long in practice. Similar products of this type are typically designed for short bursts rather than continuous use, which means the supply can be depleted quite quickly depending on how often you use it. In my experience, it felt like they were empty sooner than expected. I was also unable to verify whether the claimed purity (around 95%) is accurate. While many recreational oxygen products advertise this level of purity, they are not regulated in the same way as medical oxygen, so there is no easy way for a consumer to confirm the claim. More importantly, I didn’t notice any real benefit from using it. From what I’ve since learned, for healthy individuals oxygen levels in the blood are already close to maximum under normal conditions, so inhaling short bursts like this often has little measurable effect. Any perceived improvements can sometimes just be placebo rather than a genuine physiological benefit. That aligns with my experience, as I didn’t feel any noticeable boost or improvement. Given the cost £40 for three canisters at the time of writing I don’t think this represents good value for money, especially considering how quickly they run out and the lack of obvious benefit. Overall: Easy to use and well-designed, but short-lasting and, in my experience, not worth the price. I wouldn’t purchase again.

Lighter than air?
Sadly a debilitating lung condition has recently seen me relying on oxygen more frequently than I would like, but I really didn't want to start carrying a large heavy cylinder, just in case. These are just the job, they weigh absolutely nothing, fit under the seat of my walker for when I need a little help breathing and are incredibly easy to use, no messing around with tubes or a separate mask. They feel to be of good quality though they also feel like they are empty, probably whey there is a disclaimer to that effect on the cylinder, I can assure you they aren't empty. For me being able to breath easily is a plus these days and these help, but at £40 for 3 (reduced) as I write, they do come at a cost I'm not sure I will be able to afford, I just need to monitor my use carefully then make that decision.
