Shower commode wheel chair Aluminium
I bought this item in June '26. It was nice only. But yesterday it broke below the handle side. Welding cannot be done for this because this is made of Aluminium. Can you please exchange the item or repair the same.

Cheap Chinease product - Never buy this product else you are going to regret
I purchased a wheelchair from Amazon, and within just 4 months, it has become unusable. The wheels are damaged, alignment is off, and rotation is not working properly. All the claims made on the product page were misleading. Most frustrating is the lack of proper after-sales support — no customer care number, no service info, nothing. If free service is not possible, at least guide us on where to get paid repair support. This is unacceptable, especially for a medical product. Amazon must ensure better support for such high-value items. Very disappointed with this horrible experience. Please resolve this urgently.

Chair was good but sitting seat was damaged . How to get the seat again?

Problem of overturning while sitting
There is the problem of overturning of commode wheel chair while the patient is made to sit on it. Other feature are proper.

this is a very good sturdy chair on wheels, perfect for bathroom and also when not used for bathroom, serves as a comfortable chair too..... must for all seniors
