Hello; advice please - ive dyed out a dark brown dye in my brown to greying hair - it's gone in parts an orange yellow..do i add this to it now?

It will definitely get rid of any yellowing. If your a grey I would maybe you the platinum but this is very good. I think they do a pearl which I was going to try. That was at Superdrug though. Superdrug have their own toner which is really good. Hope I've helped

Can you apply to dry hair?

I wouldn't, it won't go far and it could be very hard to get an even coat. I have tried and quickly damped my hair. Damp clean hair I would say.

Has anyone used this on dry hair? I have highligted ashy hair but has gone a bit brassy at the root!

Do you mean dry hair type. I use it after shampoo , leave it on then rinse and conditioner after. It doesn’t dry your hair out or damage it at all
