2026 update: Still going strong! I’ve heard from friends that theirs are also long lasting. The carry pouch that you fold it into when it isn’t in use did finally break but the sunshade itself is still doing a great job.2025 update: I wanted to update this to say that I’ve had this for two years now. I’ve kept it in my car through the rough winters and used it for two summers. It’s still just as good as it was when I first got it. It still folds into the protective pouch when I’m not using it, no sign of any tearing or fraying. I’m super glad I got this and have recommended it to several people.I was hesitant to buy this based on reviews about the metal pieces snapping or it not fitting the windshield properly. Boy am I glad I ordered it! It fits perfectly, if a little snug. I used the size guide posted by the seller and the inner circles need to overlap to fit my screen but it DOES fit. I had received this right before a string of 105°-110° days and let me tell you, it made a HUGE DIFFERENCE!Pros: Easy to place in the windshield, easily held in place using the driver and passenger visors, lightweight, durable (after a month of use at least), and the cost was worth it.Cons: Honestly, nothing so far. If anything happens I’ll be sure to update.It’s been too hot and sunny to fold it up and put it in the pouch that it came with but I’m hoping that it will be just as easy.

I give it very high star ratings because it has lived up to its hype of keeping the car interior cooler in the extreme Arizona summer heat. Just a note, one of the star ratings mentions "Suction Power" but I am not sure what it refers to because there are no suction cups or similar. I gave it 3 stars simply because I did not want to rate it 1 and lower the star average rating.Onto the product itself: I purchased windshield sun shade for my Nissan Pathfinder and the fit is just right (I used the sizing guide recommendations). It is large enough to cover the front windshield without any gaps and does not interfere with the rear view mirror (simply bring the slack fabric over the mirror). I did not have any problems folding the sunshade like other reviewers mentioned but then I am usually the only one in the vehicle. I simply fold it over the passenger's seat. I can see that if you have a passenger it would be harder to fold with the steering wheel in the way. However, if you are looking for a really good sunshade I highly recommend this one. I don't look forward to getting in my car when its parked outdoors during the extreme summer months but I noticed the interior is noticeably cooler when I use the A1+ Windshield Sun Shade. If you live in a hot climate like I do, then this is the sunshade to buy.

I followed the chart for buying the right one - my Nissan Murano is listed as the largest size. So I bought the largest one and yes, it fits across my SUV's front windshield, but because it is SO big, it is somewhat difficult to manipulate. I mean, I'm an average sized woman - 5' 4" and this screen is probably nearly as tall as me! Getting it folded up or unfolded with the driver's door closed is a PITA! I normally open the driver's door and pull it out to fold/unfold it and make sure I know where the elastic band is or it will pop back open (without the elastic band to hold it closed). It does work though - just not an easy window cover at times. I should say that the reason I bought this one in particular has to do with camping in my SUV. I have an SUV tent, a mattress for the back of my SUV and this cover is to cover the windshield so that I can sleep without people being able to look in and see me sleeping. I have covers for my side windows as well. For what I bought it for, it works perfectly. For keeping the sun out of my SUV, it also works wonderfully. It's just takes a bit to get it unfolded or folded.

Great sun shade!! Needed an XL for my dodge grand caravan and it fit perfect. Blocked the sun out and helped with the heat! Got a new car with a smaller windshield so I’m here to buy yet another one!

It's cheap and blocks the sun however it's very thin and poorly stitched. I already have stitches breaking. Can't see this lasting more than a dozen installation and folding it back up. It will suit my needs for a coming road trip. Typically my truck rarely sits in the sun so I'll probably toss it after my trip. Medium size fully covers a Yukon/Tahoe windsheid. You have to use your sun shades to hold it in place and it's a pain to put back in the small bag. If you want a better quality shade I'd get one that just folds in half. This one fits in a small circular bag and is easy to store and use on rare occasions.

This thing has been a life-saver this summer. It won't keep the car cold inside, but definitely prevents it from baking. Seriously, we're talking upward of a 20-degree difference some days. I sized up when buying (the "Medium" will do for most cars and SUVs). And it fits great. The $18 list price isn't my favorite thing, but it is standard these days. It may take you a time or two to figure out the easiest way to put this up and get it down, since it does unfold quickly, and isn't tiny. I'm one of those who doesn't typically like using these fold-up sort of items, since I suck at getting them folded back up. But this one was easy; simply keep twisting, and the thing folds down like a charm. I don't even use the storage bag; I just put the folded item between the seats! I love it, and think you will too.

Our 2016 Town and Country has a gigantic windshield. That means it lets in a lot of sunlight (hello baking car after work) and it's hard to block completely. After years of struggling with accordion-style sun shields and wedging them under sun visors and other things, I thought it's time to get something bigger and better.For our car, the sizing chart was right on the money. This thing fits perfectly into the window frame -- we do not even have to use the sun visors in the car to prop it up.I also like how it takes up such little storage space when not in use. It folds down to about the size of a dinner plate and into a pouch. Much better than having the bulky accordion style ones in our backseat area (where our kids stomp on everything as they get in and out).I will say the folding down of it took me about 2-3 times to master. Now, it's easy. It's very forgiving on the folding and the shape almost helps "guide" it into where it needs to be.We have used this for about a month now daily, and I highly recommend this if you are finding other sun shields don't fit your windshield space.

The carrying case had packing tape around it and after it was removed it leaves nasty, sticky mess on case not a deal breaker but case looks like hell. Fit ram 1500 4th gen. classic pretty tight
