Very Useful and Beneficial!
From gardening, working, to exercising, these wrist braces are very useful and helpful. They provide comfort, support, stability, and better alignment which reduces strain and pain. The wrist straps add more strength and stability further enhancing the functionality of these well made braces. The design is simple and straightforward, but, very effective. The material is comfortable and breathable allowing for good circulation and less heat buildup. The material has great compression for excellent support and durability. I believe these braces offer quality, comfort, support, and useful value!

Different fit, surprisingly comfortable
Feels a little short going on, but seems to work. Soft, not rough. like design and seems like it will last

Great but not for people with big hands
I sprained my wrist while weight lifting. I have tingling sensations and my wrist is very weak. This wrist brace does a very good job at keeping my wrist secure when I'm outside and sleeping. However, 4 stars because the thumb part does more harm than good. When I use the thumb portion, it cuts off my circulation, leading to more. I have used this brace without the thumb portion and it suits my needs perfectly. This is geared toward smaller handed people, particularly women. However, men can use this as well if you do not use the thumb portion.

Great adjustable stretchy fit. Great support for my wrists whatever the problem is.

Ok but....
Thumb opening is definitely small and leaves a ring on your hand. I now reverse the support and use it as a simple wrist support.

Can't beat the price.
i use them for lifting. they give excellent support. for 5.00 i don't expect these to be a lifetime purchase, by any means, no compression brace is. Fabric breaks down, velcro stops velcroing eventually, but after 5 weeks of presses, curls, and what not, they're showing no signs of wear and tear. I'm grabbing another pair as back up.

Compression braces
I have tried many styles for my carpal tunnel in both hands. This product is the best value and Much more affective.. So glad I purchased these compression braces!
