Noticed a change
I've been making the Sally K Norton Alkalized lemon fizz drink from her book to help with oxalate dumping symptoms which is this, 1/4 cup lemon juice and potassium citrate, and it has been helping with bladder pain, headaches and feeling hydrated def recommend!

This is very effective mixed with baking soda to relieve food or chemical sensitivity reactions.
This is very effective mixed with baking soda to relieve the reactions caused by occasionally accidentally coming in contact with foods or chemicals that I am sensitive to. Alka-seltzer used to make a "gold" version with those ingredients. It was very effective, but they don't make it anymore, so now I just mix my own. I learned this remedy from reading books written by Dr. Jacqueline Krohn.

Good Stuff
Good product. Clean and pure. I use it in gardening as well as dietary consumption for a potassium boost. After a strenuous day, while experiencing extreme muscle cramping, within seconds of consumption the cramps go away, almost immediately. 1/8th of a teaspoon in a bit of water. I am very happy to have this around the house. But it's expensive!
