Amazing pan!!! Nothing negative to say about it all. Worth the price.
I love this pan! It’s big enough to cook a large amount of food for big families. This has been a problem for me with past sauté pans as they have been too small, this one is PERFECTLY SIZED!! The non-stick hexclad is wonderful and nothing has sticked in it so far that I have cooked. I love the heavy, stainless steel durability of it. It’s also beautiful!! Is it crazy to love a pan so much!! lol!! I use it for everything… from one pot dishes, pasta dishes, sautéing veggies and meat, really just anything you need to cook. It never really goes in my cabinet because I use it almost every day! This pan is well worth the money. You won’t be sorry. I’ve been using it for 5 months and still have no negatives to say about it.

Hexclad is the BEST nonstick pan!
I've owned a lot of cookware over the years, and the HexClad 4.5 Quart Hybrid Nonstick Deep Sauté Frying Pan has quickly become the pan I reach for most. The size is nearly perfect. It's deep enough for one-pot meals, stir-fries, pasta dishes, and braising, yet still feels balanced and easy to maneuver. The hybrid cooking surface gives me the confidence to get a beautiful sear while still enjoying the convenience of a nonstick pan. Cleanup has been surprisingly easy. Even after cooking sticky sauces or browning meats, a quick wash is usually all it takes to make it look new again. The construction feels exceptionally solid, heats evenly, and performs well on every burner I've used. I also appreciate the versatility. It transitions effortlessly from stovetop to oven, and the included lid makes it ideal for simmering, steaming, or finishing dishes. Yes, it's an investment, but it's one of those kitchen tools that earns its place every single day. If you're looking for one pan that can handle almost everything from breakfast to dinner, this is it. I can honestly say it's one of the best pieces of cookware I've ever owned, and I'd buy it again without hesitation.

Outstanding
I cannot stress this enough--these pans are worth EVERY. PENNY. This will sound like I've been paid for this review, but truly I'm just super excited about these pans. I have spent years cursing at my supposedly non-stick pans and can't tell you how many I have simply thrown away. Tired of my culinary efforts being constantly challenged or just straight-up ruined because of sub-par pans, I finally bit the bullet and bought my first HexClad. It comes in packaging that lives up to the fact that these pans are very expensive and with clear and simple instructions for how to season your pan prior to cooking in it. Each time I use the pan, it becomes more and more seasoned and even easier to cook in, but honestly it's a dream right from the first time. Follow the instructions for heat levels, and you're good to go. It's a breeze to clean, too. Even my husband agrees that soaking isn't required, and he usually feels like he needs to soak everything before actually cleaning it. I use this pan so much that it hardly ever needs to be put away. Seriously, if you cook often, and want to elevate your efforts, invest in these pans. You will not regret it.

A Very Nice Pan with Several Nice Features
This is a very nice pan. It’s large enough to roast a chicken. Yet it’s not heavy like a cast iron dutch oven. Also, not having a giant handle, like some pans do, makes it easier to use in the oven or on the stove top. So far, the non stick coating is holding up, but more time is needed to see if it truly holds up.

Best no stick pan we have ever used
Nice finish, sides are high enough to cut down on spatter when lifting lid. Fry’s well and stir fry is great. Exceptional pan, so much better than old no stick pans. We tossed them and got more hex clad.

Love HexClad!
I’ve only had this HexClad pan for about a week but so far, I’m loving it. There was an easy process to season the pan prior to using and the steps were clearly stated and simple to follow. The pan is good sized and is perfect for my cooking needs. I like that it can be used from stove to oven also. Washing and clean up after cooking is a breeze!

Expensive but good
I’m a fan of the HexClad product, although it’s quite expensive. I only purchase it when items are on sale. The pan is the perfect size for stovetops, with the ideal depth for sauces. It fits nice on a typical large burner for both gas and electric stoves. It’s a combination of cast iron and non-stick, and I’ve noticed some reviews where customers complain about eggs sticking. However, I season all my HexClad skillets as if they were cast iron, and it seems to work well for eggs. On the edge of the pan, when cracking an egg will stain some and requiring a bit more cleaning to remove. Once clean, it looks great. Heating the pan at medium heat for a few minutes before cooking seems to work best, similar to a cast iron pan. It’s a 5 star product but at the price point, it’s only 5 star when on sale.

Looks expensive , is expensive but it is also very good
Lots of reviews on this pan - some good some not so good - my experience is very good. Beautiful finish - pan is expensive but I can confirm it also looks expensive. Easy to follow "seasoning" process to go through and then I cooked scrambled eggs - everything I was advised would be experienced was experienced - I could cook with lower heat and there was no sticking and finally after it had cooled I washed it very easily and it came up looking like new - so I bought 2 more and got rid of all my other non stick pans . So I fall in the camp of liking the pan very much - there are other lower cost alternatives and they may also be good , but I tend to buy once , spend the money and look for high quality - it usually works and in this case I am sure it will work well.

Excellent quality
Honestly, one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. The pan is a bit heavy so that takes some getting used too. Other than that; the food just glides as if it were silk. And it’s super easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Yes please !
