Great Taste, Great Value, and Perfect for Heavy Training Days
Probably my favorite recovery hydration powder flavor I’ve tried so far. It also lasts for a long while, making it a great value. I’m an active jiu-jitsu competitor, and on heavy training days, this is more than enough to help reinvigorate me between training sessions. It tastes great, is easy to use, and seems to contain high-quality ingredients. Overall, it’s effective, convenient, and a great option for staying hydrated during intense training.

Perfect.
Good product. The Tropical Sunrise flavor tastes great and isn’t too sweet. It gives a nice energy boost without making you feel jittery like some pre-workouts. Mixes well and helps with recovery and focus. Only thing—if you’re sensitive to caffeine, start with a smaller dose. Overall, I recommend it.

Fitness and nutrition have been a big part of my life for many years. I have try a lot of different supplements, energy drinks and pre-workout products over the years. I recently stumbled across this and thought I would give it a shot, as I was looking for something with a little less caffeine. This is fantastic! We love all the different flavors, but tropical sunrise is our favorite!!! A little boost of energy without the jitters! I have recommended this product to many friends and family members

Nice flavor.
Nice flavor, not too sweet. Especially in iced state mixed with water, good taste and recharges quickly after a long run outside. Hydrates quickly and builds up muscle repair without delay.

Gives you the boost and not too overpowering
I use this as a pre-workout and it works like a charm. Tastes great, love the sour fruit taste. Gives me the boost I need to do any cardio and strength and assists in recovery afterwards. It does not give me the jitters like the other pre-workouts so I can sleep with no issues if I work out in the evening.

Slightly on the sweeter side, so I tend to add more water. By far my favourite flavour I've tried so far, less artificial tasting than some of the others I've tried.
