Next level smartphone..
Decided to purchase an upgrade after my S7 started to suffer from extreme overheating, aswell as losing battery life at a rapid rate. I was a bit skeptical after expiriencing issues with my S7 as to whether I should purchase another Samsung model. Having used the S9+, there's no doubt in my mind that Samsung are still leading the pack in terms of smartphone technology. Not only is the S9+ beautiful and sleak in appearance, it also boasts an incredible amount of processing power under the hood. Whether it's gaming, or streaming high definition video, the S9+ tackles any obstacle effortlessly whilst providing incredibly smooth frames per second. The battery life on this phone is also fantastic. I use my phone frequently throughout the day to make calls, catch up on TV and films and also dabble in a few online games. Not once have I had to charge during the day and on average the battery is lasting 10 hours or more. I'm not one to usually take a lot of photos, but since owning the S9+, I've found myself becoming more and more snap happy. The camera is of an extremely high standard and produces an amazing image in both normal and low light conditions. For anyone considering an upgrade, or even looking to take there first steps into the world of smartphones, the S9+ is hands down one of the best handsets available on the market today.

Great phone, unlocked but branded '3'
I bought this phone to replace an existing Galaxy 9+. It's entirely as expected, a great phone at a very good price. While the phone is unlocked, it is branded with the '3' network, most noticeably at boot-up. This won't affect any of the phone's features or functions, but might come as a bit of a shock when you first switch on the phone.

Great product, but read more...
Great product without any issues completely. I am editing this review cause of the device starting making a trouble which is during any call is ending any call after a short time about 1min or 2 mins or 5 mins. Also when I was waiting for the delivery I asked for a special care so the van driver suppose to call me when arriving but that never happened.

A very nice phone, good camera and easy to use
I deliberated on getting a new phone for a while as I was buying one outright for the first time and didn't want to end up regretting it. The phone is a bonafide Samsung S9Plus and I am happy with all the features and quality. The price was the best I could find from what appeared to be a reputable company, I have seen some negative reports which makes any one wary. I chose what I thought was a British company but the phone was shipped in from the USA which meant that the delivery was a little late. I can only assume that there was not one in stock in this country?

What it said on tin
Really pleased with phone and quality and it came as described. The battery life is OK but if you have a busy day using messages, documents while on the move its not great. I think the down rate for battery is across whole mobile phone industry.

Great Phone
I bought this S9 Plus as a refurb off the Amazon Warehouse site and I have to say I am delighted I did as I got it with a further 20% off on Prime Day. The device came like new with all the accessories included. My only issue is the placement of the finger print scanner. I kept accidentally opening the phone screen when just picking the phone up so I change to the face recognition which I find works perfectly. All in all I am very happy with this phone

Charger looks fake
Samsung galaxy s9 plus , this is a old phone abit like me easy to use . On opening i found earplugs fit for the bin they look fakey like the charger light as a feather , I've looked on YouTube to see if phone is fake . It don't seem to be , I never paid much for it £190.00 as its outdated now, but it will do for now ,I'm going to send charger to trading standards to find out if its safe to use . Just tried earplugs and they just broke pure rubbish

Not as described
Looked good on arrival in a sealed package and what looked like original packaging. I didn't notice that it was not the single sim model until I opened the package. That wasn't too much of an issue but when I started the phone it was clear that it was not the uk version as the keyboard was in Chinese. A check on the serial number showed it was a Hong Kong device. Once again I could possibly have worked around that but samsung diagnostic showed that the battery was in poor state and the fingerprint sensor was faulty as was the USB port according to the diagnostics. I've obviously had to return it.
