Works, but takes longer to fill a glass.
I can't tell if I am happy with this purchase. I ordered this one because it was made by the same company that made my filter. When I first installed it I was worried that the washers were to small for the tank openings, so I switched to the larger washers that came with the original spigot, but they were to thick and wouldn't fit so I had to use the new ones. They did seal the tank but it looked close. After it sat overnight I noticed the sight glass tower leaked where it connected to the new spigot. I took it apart (it unscrews) and saw there was a tiny washer inside, that also seemed a bit small to me. I reseated the sight glass and reinstalled it. It is now holding water. My next observation is the flow from the new spigot is about half the flow of the original spigot and is a little annoying. I like being able to see what level of water is in the tank, but am annoyed that it takes twice as long to fill a glass or especially how long it takes to fill a coffee pot. So like I stated before, because of the slower flow rate, I am not sure if I am happy or not.

Nice spigot
I got this to use with my Alexapure. This spigot has worked fine with no major issues for several months now. The black plastic handle on it is pretty sturdy. I bought a used one, so I did notice some rust? Mineral buildup? Or something on it but it was pretty minor so I still used it. Until I looked closer, I thought they forgot to include the second seal and only included one seal. On mine, both the seals were arranged on the spigot right next to each other when I took it out of the box so it appeared to be just one big seal. I sandwiched the bucket directly between the 2 seals. Then you tighten the nut onto the spigot from the inside of the metal bucket just tight enough so you don't have leaks, but not too tight or the seal will get squished and wear out and not work. The sight glass will give you a general gist of whether the container is mostly full or pretty empty, but I don't feel like you can get a super accurate reading with it. That said, with Alexapures you really should let the top bucket get almost empty before refilling anyway -- I've found the filter gets slow/cloggy if you refill it prematurely for some reason.

It was shorter than advertised
It barely fit the whole in the side of tank.
