I use this brace at least 8 hours a day. I’ve tried many braces that didn’t work but this one holds my back straight and zero pain when worn. My Pain specialist recommended it to me and I tell everyone about it. Thank you so much for a very affordable brace to stop pain. I bought two so I could keep one at work.

It really works. It has helped my posture so much. Better then other back correctors. And its very adjustable. I very much recommend this!!

It helps to straighten my back to avoid getting a humpback appearance.

I really like this posture corrector. I’ve always had poor posture and this posture corrector helps me tremendously. I wear it during the day to help keep my body properly aligned and take it off at night. When I take it off, I am constantly reminding myself to continue holding my body in the correct alignment. I feel less tired at the end of the day while wearing it! I’m 5’6” 155lbs and I chose a small. It fits snug on me, but that’s what I want....kinda like spanx for my stomach!!

I wanted to love this. I need something like this. I have terrible pain in my cervical and thoracic spine (upper and mid back). There are 2 problems with the design. It’s wayyyyyyy too hard for me to put on. I’m a 63-year-old woman obviously with back problems. I got someone to put it on me but it dug into the inside of my upper arms and my armpits. In addition, I think it is designed for men. I am petite. I bought a size small. It doesn’t pull my shoulders back at all. It just digs into those other parts. Again, I really wanted this to work. It may work for a man who is young and athletic who is built for the shape of this brace and who can put it on and off by himself. So sad. I still need a solution besides my PT.

I rarely write reviews. So I’m making this brief ~ Pros- 1: Frankly one of the best back braces I ever wore keeps my back in place throughout my entire shift - 2: It’s rather durable I had no problems so far. Protected my lower back from an projectile box ~ Cons- 1: The fabric is not breathable at all. not suited for warehouse work at all. My shirt is drenched with sweat after every shift. ~ 2: The straps are really wide. I’m a guy with broad shoulders and they get in my way allot when I’m lifting/loading even loosening the straps a little it still bothers me a bit. ~ 3:The Velcro range is rather short I have a relatively skinny waist and yet it annoys me having to take off one of my shoulder straps just to take off the vest. (This one is personal preference) - IMHO you get your moneys worth if your on a budget, if you work in a warehouse and don’t want to look like you jumped in an pool every shift. I’d steer clear and try to look elsewhere.

This one works well. The best thing about it — support my back. And another good thing — it is comfortable, it doesn’t cost any pain on my shoulders. I tried many different, most of them (those without back support) is painful after few minutes.

Great product. I bought for my 80+year old grandmother whom recently broke her back and the hospital one was just too flimsy and useless. This one works wonderfully and she is able to operate it herself!
