This is an impressively high-quality chair at a very competitive price point. While there are a few minor details that could be improved, the overall craftsmanship and thoughtful design make it a standout choice for a home office. One of the most impressive aspects was the packaging. The box was meticulously taped on all sides, preventing any dust or particles from entering; a level of care I wish was standard for all furniture companies. Inside, rather than using messy styrofoam that breaks apart and litters the floor, the company used neat bubble-style wraps for each part. This attention to detail ensured that even though the chair is heavy, every piece arrived clean and in perfect condition. The build quality is excellent, starting with the solid metal base that gives the chair a reassuring heaviness and stability. Assembly was relatively straightforward for someone used to DIY projects, though a second person might be helpful if you aren't familiar with fixing things. The headrest is particularly noteworthy; unlike more expensive chairs I’ve owned where the headrest constantly slips, this one is very sturdy. The lumbar support is also highly effective, allowing you to adjust both the height and the support strength. The 3D armrests are another highlight, moving back and forth, twisting, and flipping up 90 degrees so you can either use them for support or move them out of the way to push the chair fully under the desk. The seat cushion is equally impressive, with 3.14-inch thick foam that feels deep and resilient, giving me confidence that it won't flatten out or lose its shape with regular use. There are a few areas where the product could be refined. The armrests are made from a PU-padded material, which I find to be a negative as it is prone to friction damage over time; I would have preferred a simple high-quality plastic or a full mesh/cloth finish. Additionally, the assembly gloves included were far too small for an average adult. I also have a suggestion for the company regarding the extra hardware provided: since these chairs often come with spare screws or tools, it would be a fantastic and unique innovation to build a small, dedicated compartment into the frame of the chair to store these extra materials. I haven't seen this feature on other chairs, but it would be a very pragmatic way to ensure the spare parts aren't lost over the years. Despite these small points, this remains a five-star quality chair in my opinion.

It’s been over a year since I bought this and have decided to write my review. My experience with this chair during this time- since I bought it and up till now is overall good experience. It’s not the greatest chair out there available on the market, but especially for the price and usability, I would say it was worth it. A few Pros worth mentioning: • adjustability • comfortable cushion • lightweight and easy to move around A few cons worth mentioning: • No reclining- just a “rocking back and fourth” which you have to twist below the seat to adjust the sensitivity- which I find very tedious, tiring, and long. • Headrest is honestly not the best and kind of protrudes your head forward a bit- although adjustable, still not as comfortable as I would like. • Cushion will eventually wear out- BUT not too much and still lowkey comfortable, but I started to felt the need to change my sitting position more overtime. As stated before the chair is decent- especially for the price. For me personally, I love that the seat encourages you to sit up straight and nicely, but naturally, it does get “tiring” after a bit of time. Even then, not sitting the way it intended to- is ironically the most comfortable way to sit on it. The seat does not get too hot which is also nice. If the chair had actual reclining, this chair would be perfect. Also, the chair has some decent height adjustability aswell. The building process was easy and didn’t take that long to do. Overall, if you needed something that was comfortable enough, cheap, and reclining is not a need, I would recommend this chair.

I got this chair for about $118 back in January of this year. I held off on writing a review because, I really wanted to get to use the chair to understand its inner workings. To start with, the chair is made out of a breathable material and provides back support that can be adjusted for more or less firmness. Additionally, there is an adjustable head support as well and the armrests can be adjusted either side ways or slid forward. Putting this chair together was incredibly easy. In fact, this was the easiest instructions for a piece of furniture I put together in a while. The chair is reasonably sized and stable and I feel like it has been incredibly durable so far.

I was so excited to finally get a new chair for my desk at home. When it arrived, the delivery driver even walked it down the hall to my apartment for me. Once I brought it inside, I saw that the box was kind of badly taped up, but I didn't think much of it at first. Once I opened it, the items inside were haphazardly wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap, but again, it's a cheap chair from Amazon, so not too worried yet. Then I pulled out the little plastic envelope with the toolkit and gloves and that's when I realized that this was not a new chair. The gloves were dirty and had clearly been used before and the toolkit was open in several places. Ugh! All of the pieces were included and I didn't see any obvious damage on any of the parts. Plus, the thought of trying to send it back was too much, so I decided to move forward. The first step was attaching the legs which went fine. Then I needed to insert the wheels. Four of the wheels snapped in very easily. The 5th wheel, however, would not budge. I tried it several times and on different legs and it wouldn't move. I noticed the other wheels have a little groove on them and the stubborn one does not. It looks like someone might have tried to create a groove, but gave up. Needless to say, I was disappointed and frustrated. I reached out to Amazon through their chat feature. (I should note hear that the person I dealt with was extremely kind and efficient). After explaining the issue (and pointing out that the chair was an obvious prior return), I was offered the chance to return the item. I didn't really want to do that; I just wanted the wheel I needed. I was then offered a refund of $19.45 and provided a link to purchase new wheels which would cost $11.99 (before taxes and shipping). I explained that wasn't sufficient since after repurchasing the wheels, my actual refund would be about $7.00! I was then sent a new link for wheels that cost $7.99; offered a refund of $25.94; and told I could come back to request a refund for the wheels I after they were delivered. I decided to go with that option instead. I won't get the new wheels until tomorrow, but I went ahead and assembled the rest of the chair. There were no other problems with the assembly. I did it solo, so it took me about 45 minutes and it was pretty easy. I really like the chair itself. It looks nice and works well. I like the ability to recline a little and to flip the armrests up. The seat is nice and wide and I appreciate having a headrest. I'm still annoyed that I was sent a repackaged returned item, but I appreciate the customer service i received from Amazon to resolve the issue.

Still comfortable after a year of use! I’ve had this office chair for about a year now, so I can confidently say this was a really good purchase. I spend a lot of time working in my office and wanted something that I could comfortably sit in for hours without constantly having to get up or readjust because I was uncomfortable. Assembly was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear and straightforward, which made putting the chair together much easier than I expected. I didn’t have any issues trying to figure out where pieces went or how everything was supposed to fit together. The biggest thing for me, though, is the comfort. I can sit at my desk working for hours and still feel comfortable. The ergonomic design provides good support, and after a full year of regular use, I haven’t noticed any major changes in how the chair feels. It’s still comfortable, supportive, and works just as well as when I first purchased it. I also think the price was really good for the quality. Office chairs can get expensive quickly, so I was happy to find something affordable that I actually enjoy sitting in and that has held up over time. Overall, I’m very happy with this chair. Easy assembly, comfortable for long work sessions, reasonably priced, and still holding up great after a year. Definitely a 5-star purchase for my home office.

It's a budget office chair, it looks nice, it is way more comfortable than a much more expensive chair I bought around the same time as this one, I like the plain black color, ergonomics are pretty good, good number of adjustments... . At the price it is a little hard to complain, but wish it had firmer cushion for better support, but you get what you pay for. If you only use this for a couple of hours a day or on a tight budget, I would say this is a pretty descent chair. If you are a larger person and sit in it for 12+ hours like I then maybe spring for something with better seat cushion.

Overall the quality is ok and delivery is fast. However, the tread was defective till the screw sheared off at right arm after slot during fixing so now got one screw missing. See the photo.. not sure it affects the safety?

Easy to assemble with clear instructions. No additional tools required. Easy to adjust and very comfortable.
