Working perfectly in a basement shower stall. Pump is a little noise but very easy to install saved me thousands of dollars.

We bought this for a bathtub in our basement. It works well however, I believe manufacturer should supply parts to easily go into a 2" line. Had to buy extra pieces to get it to fit properly. The rubber pieces are not standard sizes for standard plumbing. Improvised quite a bit however, it's pretty quiet and working well so far.

PROBLEM: We had a double sink that would not drain properly. The old drain field it was connected to drained tediously slow. We have another much larger and newer drain field but on the other side of the building. All the drain pipes are in a concrete slab.SOLUTION: This RV sewage pump under the sink sends the waste water 10' up a wall, then 30' across in a ceiling to connect into a wastewater air vent. It solved a major problem with little cost. This little machine is amazing and no more backed up dishwater. My wife is happy and I am too.

Installed this product about 4 months. Today, with the sink water faucet turned on, I heard a pop. Then, water burst out of the pump from seemingly everywhere creating a mini flood in the basement kitchen area. Turned the water off and cleaned up as pump leaked until there was no water left inside. Only info Amazon provided was troubleshooting scenarios. I'm not interested in becoming a pump expert. No way to contact the seller in what I see as an emergency situation. Until I find a solution I cannot use the kitchen sink. Under any circumstance, a pump like this should last several years and HAVE A COMPARABLE WARRANTY. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I installed this in my basement kitchen, and it works wonderfully without the need for venting. It pairs perfectly with a dishwasher, and the installation wasn't too difficult. However, some plumbing experience is necessary. Overall, it's an excellent pump for the price!

This pump is fantastic. My family just installed a washer and sink and needed a way to pump the grey water up 6.5 feet to our septic line. This unit is quiet as a church mouse while it’s running.
