I wasn’t sure what to expect from a compact electric roaster at this price point, but this unit genuinely impressed me. The adjustable wind speed and hot/cold air settings give you more control than most entry-level machines. It’s not industrial-grade, but for home use—or even a small café—it’s more than adequate. The timer function is intuitive, and the roast consistency is solid once you get a feel for the airflow. Noise levels are reasonable, and cleanup is straightforward. I’ve roasted several batches now, from light Ethiopian to darker Colombian beans, and the results have been aromatic and evenly roasted. If you’re looking to experiment with small-batch roasting without diving into commercial gear, this is a great starting point.

Bought 2 of these the second because the first one worked well. However the first one failed after 1 year just stopped working, picked up my daughters second one because she wasnt using it so much, guess what it has failed. So only buy this if you only want a machine that works for about a year and then you throw it away.

Being the only coffee drinker in the house I decided I only needed small amounts of fresh coffee daily. Roasting green beans to order seemed the obvious way to go and this small capacity machine does what it says. Perfect size for the solo drinker, many other machines are at least three times the price and of course too big. Solid build quality, hope it lasts as appears several unique parts that I'm sure are not available as spares. Don't drop the glass chamber!

Works great! I wasn't sure how much better it would be than using a popcorn maker, but it's a bit quieter, much more self contained, less messy and you don't need to moniter it while it's working. Just hit start and the beans are roasted and cooled on a timer. I've been using the fan at about 75% and the 'Medium' heat for a medium-dark roast. First time I got the best roast I've had at home. My only criticism is that the chaff collector doesn't really seal onto chamber, so a very small amount of chaff still escapes, but it does catch 95% of it. For the money it's definitely worth it. Hopefully I get a good amount of life out of it!
