Don't make a mistake of purchasing this item , it's of no use I just made rice once and at the very first time it got burned and a black layer formed on the inside of kettle and now I cook anything the same place gets burned out , also the low mode doesn't work I was using high mode where this happened, what will happen if I keep it to max it doesn't have the capability to handle such temp and tho it's getting burned . I won't suggest you buying this..I am regretting already also they doesn't have a option for returning the product It's such a low quality product Also that black thing doesn't go away easily

Received today, boiled eggs for 10 mins and it has left stain on one side of the base which is really hurtfull as I bought it with very much trust that it won't atleast show any issues in 2-3 months or so but it failed..I will keep using it and it I find more issues I will post in another 7 days as there is 10 days replacement. Pic might not be clear due to light effect but it has left burnt mark at one side as we are our house after boiling water for long
