The BEST item to straighten a finger joint bent sideways!
Finally found what I need! Most finger supports are for finger tip joints that event downward. Mine is bent sideways. When I found the correct size for my finger, these really hold my finger joint in straight alignment! The beige color made sit less visible. I highly recommend.

These are absolutely worth a try
I have trigger fingers. I have used these for years off and on and have thus far avoided surgery. They really help.

Great product
I'm an active person who uses their hands a lot, especially at my job. Finger injuries from repetitive use and accidents unfortunately come with the territory. These finger splints work great are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I love that I can wash my hands while wearing them. I recommend wearing a glove over them while working to avoid losing them, since your fingers apparently change size throughout the day and they can slip off -- I've lost a couple in the warehouse I work in when I didn't wear gloves. It's difficult knowing what size you might need, so getting a sizing ring with all the different sizes on it and then ordering extra of individual sizes has worked well for me.

A Great Help for Trigger Thumb
I didn’t need a brace that covered my thumb down to my wrist and discovered these devices to brace my thumb from snapping when bending. Make sure you purchase the right size for your finger! I purchased Size 8 first, but when my thumb swelled while wearing it, I also purchased size 9. With the weather fluctuating from hot and humid to cool and dry in air conditioning, the two sizes became essential. Yes, they stabilized the finger and were light weight and hard plastic. You have to figure out how to use your thumb so the smooth plastic doesn’t get in the way. Not expensive as other products, but other cloth/brace short splints offer more support. Still, I switch off when using, depending on what I’m doing. And, I switch sizes. You don’t need the full thumb brace unless you have been given a medical recommendation, but this works great for trigger thumb.

Easy to lose
It’s awesome. I been using the thumb splint. Then why did I rate it a 3? 1) it can slip off your finger even when sized correctly by a physical therapist. For some tasks, like typing this review on my iPhone, you have to remove it. 2) it’s clear or flesh tone. If the splint unexpectedly falls off your thumb, good luck trying to find it. I’ve lost two clear and one flesh color splints in just a week. I get why people would prefer a neutral color that unobtrusively blends with most people’s skin color, but I don’t care. Make a red one or yellow or a glows in the dark option. I’m spending too much time looking for them!
