These pillow wedges are well made and the pockets on each side are an added bonus. The wedges are multi-functional, including serving our purpose, which was to raise our heads to sleep better while suffering through terrible coughs, one of us through illness, the other suffering from an unusual asthma flare-up lasting two weeks. The height of 10" is perfect and the material is soft and comfortable. An additional bonus was there happened to be a price drop when we were ordering. Highly recommended!!

I purchased the 24 x 24 x 8 size. I usually sleep on my side because lying flat on my back is uncomfortable for me, but that started putting pressure on my shoulder and it gradually became more painful. That’s why I decided to try this wedge pillow. As soon as I laid on it, I felt like it was a great purchase. The angle and width are just right, and the cushioning is nicely balanced, not too firm or not too soft. The cover is removable, which makes it more hygienic, and it’s easy to clean. I’ve washed it in the machine on a cold setting and dried it on low heat, and there were no issues with shrinking or losing its shape. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the initial smell when you first open it. It had a slightly unpleasant, almost fishy odor, but it went away next day. The cover is also washable, so it wasn’t a big deal. My husband tried it once and immediately asked me to order one for him as well, so I ended up repurchasing. Considering the overall quality, the price is very reasonable. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this to use for my recovery after hip surgery. I wanted a variety of pillows so I would be comfortable. I don't use it to sleep but during the day it works for me to sit or lay down comfortably. I'm sure I will continue to use it. Firm for good support but comfortable.

Great Wedge Pillow. 8” was the perfect height. Not too high, not too low. Added a pillow on top, and it is perfect and very comfortable.

I gave this a 5 stars because it iworks well for its intended use. It is perfect for someone who is a back sleeper and needs their head elevated. It’s comfortable and the covering is very nice. The only reason it does not work well for me is I am a side sleeper. The structure does not work as well when you’re trying to sleep on your side and still have some elevations. So I’ll go back to piling up different pillows, which is less convenient. That works a little bit better for when I’m on my side. My husband is a back sleeper and I’ve allowed him to use it now and it has reduced his snoring.

I’ve been on the hunt for a wedge pillow for a while now and some were too expensive for my use or too cheap and fall apart on me after a couple washes. Not only good for acid reflux, but for propping up your back to read in bed which is so much better than simple pillows that will flatten and give you a back ache after a while. Also great for sinus headache sufferers to prop you up and keep your sinuses clear. I love that the cover is removable and washable. Easy to use and comes ready use right out of the package for me. This size works for me since I like being able to adjust the height from high to low as needed, but a smaller one might work better for you if you want one that’s not so difficult to move. Love the carry handle on the top. Thickness depends on you. Might not be ideal for those with back and or neck issues as alignment can be thrown off as the night goes on and you slide down the pillow due to gravity. Thickness works for me, but again, might not work for everyone. The other issue is it’s not so comfortable if you’re a side sleeper again with the issue of neck and back alignment and gravity making me have to reposition myself at least 3 times during the night. Reess I put a soft pillow on top of this for neck support. Maybe a future adjustable pillow accessory? Would be nice

I bought two of these, one for me and one for my girlfriend. I adapted to it almost immediately. She absolutely did not. That is probably the best evidence I can give that wedge pillows are not for everyone. For me, it has been excellent. I seem to get more deep sleep, my breathing feels easier at night, and I wake up with less back discomfort. I have a bit of a pooched lower back, and sleeping slightly elevated seems to take some of the pressure off it. The trick was pairing the wedge with a good-quality, soft pillow that is not too thick. A thick pillow on top bent my neck too far forward. Once I switched to a thinner pillow, everything clicked. It is also ridiculously comfortable for watching TV or relaxing in bed. Since my girlfriend did not like hers, I moved it to our downstairs couch and now use it there too. Not a guaranteed win for every sleeper, but it has been a big improvement for me.
