This is a sheer coverage tinted watery serum. A very sheer to light coverage, and depending on how much you apply so it is slightly buildable. It slightly evens out your skin tone and provides hydration and glow. It's a "your skin but better" and "no makeup makeup look" thats especially good for those that don't like the heavy/unnatural look and feel of some foundations or CC creams. You cannot feel this on your skin. I even wear it comfortably on days I don't leave the house. Blurs pores imperfections but won't fully conceal red acne spots. For best results, apply with a makeup brush on hydrated skin. I use it after my skincare and sunscreen has set. Anywho- I also have the Chanel Water Fresh Complexion Touch and there is little to no difference between this CG formula and Chanel's. Both have the same consistency, finish, lasting power, and sheer coverage. You get roughly the same amount in a bottle as Chanel for ALOT LESS money (Chanel Water Fresh Tint is $70). However, the CG version doesn't have fragrance which I prefer for my sensitive skin. I really hope CG doesn't discontinue this stuff. For some reason it's listed as a foundation and I believe that is a mistake. I reccomend watching some YouTube videos on this product before buying to see if it's right for you.

I have been searching for something that feels light, helps cover some redness and doesn’t look thick like I am wearing a mask. This product ticks all of those boxes. I wore this all day and was not oily and never sank into my fine lines.

I got this product after watching someone review this in comparison to the Chanel serum foundation. This product is a serum makeup comprised of beads of color suspended in serum. In order to make this make up cover, you need to work it into the skin to break open the color beads. Some people do that on the back of their hand or a palate and some people do it on their face. I think using your fingers to emulsify it is easier than using a brush. I would not apply this directly to your facewith a brush. I would emulsify the product on the back of your hand in order to warm the makeup and blend it together and then apply it with a brush onto your face. Make sure you use a good foundation brush. then blend it in with a beauty blender if necessary. I used light/medium tone and it might be great for me in winter, but it is not good as we go into summer. So if you are on the light/medium side, then I would try medium for the summer months. Definitely not the same as Chanel, but it is a similar type of makeup and it does give a nice finish. Definitely something that you could wear over sunscreen on a daily basis. I do like it and it does not feel like heavy foundation or sit like heavy foundation on the skin.

Amazing! I was looking for a foundation that is lightweight, full coverage and breathable. When putting on your skin feels so good almost like you’re putting nothing on. The coverage is amazing. It definitely leaves you glowing with a beautiful after look. Would definitely recommend. And I’m sticking to this. It last all day there’s no smell so easy to put on.

This is the strangest texture! Dries down too quickly, no working time to blend and has no glowy or dewy finish. Extremely matte and aging, description states it is skincare make up hybrid. Not likely, it highlights every crinkle and tiny wrinkle. I know better, you get what you pay for. I usually purchase iilia or RMS, can't blame a girl for trying to save a few bucks these days. Oh well...

Wanted to love this. But as a woman in my late 40s it shows my age by end of day. Works well on our daughter in her 20s.

This product is wonderful! I use it lightly over my Covergirl Olay foundation for light but perfect coverage. And it leaves my skin looking very moist and fresh. I am 73 years of age.

They say this is a dupe for the Chanel Les Beiges collection, if anyone remembers. The reality is, it is BETTER than the Chanel. I have moved to wearing skin tints for the summer rather than foundation. This is lighter than any tint I have tried and I have tried a lot of them. It feels like nothing, your skin shines through. I get compliments and questions everytime I wear it. It somehow evens your skin tone and looks seamless at the same time. This will be my go to all summer and I feel I will continue to wear all year. My other products sit well on top including contour, blush & highlight. You must try it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm really liking this! It may seem a bit greasy when it comes out but it dries down nicely. I'm older so heavy foundations just don't suit me. This gives you the "no makeup" look while hiding imperfections. I use a a darker colour on forehead and cheeks and a lighter colour on the lower part of my face. Looks more natural. The only problem is choosing the right colours - they do tend to be on the lighter side. Also - I can't use this on my undereye area since it's too sensitive and this has retinol type component to it.

This is exactly what I'm looking for! It provides a light coverage that doesn't feel like anything. It goes on like a watery cream and blends easily. I just use my fingers to apply and it's a quick 30 second step that makes my skin look smoother and more even, achieving that no-makeup look. The only thing that would make this better is if it has SPF :)
