I cannot recommend this seller. The Blu-ray Disc Drive I received had clearly been opened before. The box was not factory sealed, and there was another customer’s shipping label on the package that had simply been covered with white tape. It was obvious that this item had already been returned by someone else. Unfortunately, after installing the drive, it turned out that it does not work at all. The drive does not even accept a disc, making it completely unusable. This raises serious concerns that the previous customer returned it because it was defective, and instead of inspecting or replacing the product, the seller simply sent the same returned unit to another customer. What makes this even worse is that installing the drive requires attaching it directly to an expensive PlayStation console. Now I have no way of knowing whether this faulty drive could have affected or damaged my console during installation. Selling returned products as if they were new without proper inspection is completely unacceptable. I expected a brand-new, fully functional product but instead received what appears to be a defective returned item. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this seller again and cannot recommend buying from them.

Das PS5 Disc-Laufwerk ist für mich eine sehr gute und sinnvolle Ergänzung zur PS5 Pro. Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass Spiele auf Disc häufig günstiger sind als digitale Versionen. Zusätzlich hat man die Möglichkeit, gebrauchte Spiele zu kaufen oder weiterzugeben, was langfristig einiges an Geld sparen kann. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der integrierte 4K-Blu-ray-Player. Wenn man das berücksichtigt, relativiert sich der Preis deutlich, denn ein separater 4K-Blu-ray-Player ist in der Regel deutlich teurer. In diesem Gesamtpaket empfinde ich den Preis daher als wirklich fair. Der Einbau des Laufwerks ist sehr einfach und in wenigen Minuten erledigt, auch ohne technisches Vorwissen. Der Versand war ebenfalls sehr schnell, was den positiven Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verstärkt. Natürlich kann man darüber diskutieren, warum bei einer so teuren Konsole wie der PS5 Pro kein Laufwerk direkt integriert ist. Lässt man diesen Punkt jedoch außen vor, bekommt man hier ein hochwertiges Laufwerk zu einem fairen Preis. Fazit: Für mich lohnt sich das PS5 Disc-Laufwerk definitiv. Wer physische Spiele, Gebrauchtkäufe und 4K-Blu-ray-Wiedergabe schätzt, macht hier absolut nichts falsch.

Mi sono dovuto ricredere totalmente: è incredibilmente silenzioso. In sintesi: Se avete una PS5 "Digital" (modello Slim) e volete passare al supporto fisico per godervi i giochi usati o la vostra collezione di Blu-ray, questo è un acquisto obbligato. Funziona alla perfezione, è esteticamente integrato e, soprattutto, non fa rumore. Consigliatissimo!
