Very informative and overall excellent book
Excellent boon which explains the theory as well as a walk through of how to do each stretch. It is very visual to ensure you follow the steps properly. Have recommended to many gym friends.

Great book, but not ring bound as stated in the description
It's a really good book. The description states it is ring bound, which would make it a really helpful reference during workouts, however, the copy which arrived was conventionally bound so it will not remain open unaided at your desired page.

Love this book A great addition to the science of Yoga
I love this series. I started with the science of Yoga and the one on running. When i saw this one I had to have it. Really good read. Lots of picture and facts on every page.

I read a lot of books on exercises. This is easily the best I come across. Detailed pics, explanation and routines for different kinds of sports and scenarios. This is a book I really read and practice daily. It helps a lot and loosen my stiff neck.
