So finding myself getting into the world of 'TEAS' following my self exile from alcohol for a while, I find myself trying out the more 'unusual' varieties and came across this . None of the information on the packaging is in English however based on 3 graphics its easy-to-understand 200ml of hot water for 3-5 minutes. What you get is 10 packets ( see image ) of loose ingredients, and they are quite chunky so ideally you will need either the fill your own t-bags or a defuser of some sort so you can steep the product in the water. Flavourings ? Well like a lot of these types of teas and infusions, not a particular notable taste however there is the belief that these are of beneficial help to the body so who knows. I do enjoy this particular one . What I have also found , so you get more milage for your money, is you get another perfectly good cuppa by reusing the same ingredients for a 2nd cup. Enjoy.

Really impressed with this tea! Zhu Gen Wu Bao Cha tastes natural and rich, and you can feel it's made with quality herbs. Gives a nice boost of energy and feels genuinely revitalizing. Great choice for anyone who appreciates traditional herbal blends.
