This is the best mini chopper I have ever owned and I have had a few in my 45 years of cooking. Firstly it is small and compact so easy to store. First I peeled garlic cloves and chopped them using chopper did a good job but, hubby wanted even smaller so pressed button longer, we’re talking 3-5 seconds here which was the right consistency. Then I peeled and cut fresh ginger cut into smaller pieces and added to the garlic in chopper bowl again absolutely no problem. I now now had a consistency of small pieces I now add a little water which really blended and mixed both ingredients together. My husband used the the garlic and ginger to add to the curry he was making. My husband was amazed at how was quick it was and how the time it took to prepare. I prepared a bigger batch and added extra virgin olive oil instead of water to and put in jar which is stored in fridge ready for use. The 4 in 1 blade is so sharp but you never touch sharp bits and the bowl is metal and so easy to clean. It took around 30 seconds under running water to clean the 3 items and is dishwasher safe. This is the one item you need in your kitchen the are so many ways to use this I’ve just made some ginger tea for my sinuses so easy. I am going to make some salsa next.

LINKChef Electric Mini Chopper I have had a reasonable “Mini” Chopper for years and the gears finally ground to a halt! So having searched for some time, I came across the LINKChef. I liked that it had a large bowl and looked sturdy. The price I thought was very reasonable and the reviews seemed to be good. So I went ahead and ordered it. Having received it and had a test of a few processes, I am happy to report that this is, indeed, and very good food processor. I have used with Meat, Onion & Cauliflower for Cauliflower Rice. I think the most important point to make is that this is a chopper! It will not cut and grind the contents to dust or liquidise! If you want something that fine then a Liquidiser is the best thing. This is a chopper; it chops pretty much anything and does it very efficiently. The 600w motor packs a punch and if used with “pulsing” you can get the results you want. My advice would be to cut your food for processing into 2.5cm (1 inch) chunks, and this will allow the chopper to process then efficiently. I love the double (very sharp) blade arrangement, one horizontal to the base and one angled, which while cutting is also bring more content down the bowl and processing more as it goes, rather than having finely chopped in the bottom and still chunks at the top. The Stainless Steel bowl is an excellent addition and is easily cleaned. The rubber, non-slip foot, on the bowl, does the job really well and can be removed and washed separately to prevent any food collecting there. The gasket on the lid can also be removed and cleaned. Overall I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good solid, reasonably priced, Mini Chopper. I also need to make a comment on the supplier! When I first received the Mini Chopper, I did have one small concern and so I wrote to LINKChef to ask their advice. They came back to me within 24 hours and answered all my questions and resolved my concern. They were extremely helpful and should be rightfully commended for their response time and customer service!

Food processor works clean , Easy to use and compact

Very happy with my purchase, the mini blender is superb, very efficient and easy to clean. Definitely recommend.

I liked this so much I bought one for my son. Well built, easy to use. Good for slightly larger amounts of cabbage, onions etc. Need to chop the onion etc into quarters first, then go. Easy to wash, fuss free and well built. I have a smaller chopper for small amounts of herbs etc.

Excellent little machine. I was so impressed with mine I ordered a second one for a family member. It does what it says. After use I clean it in the dishwasher and it come out as good as new. Easily make pork, chicken and beef mince. Chop almonds onions etc

Bought this as Im lazy when it comes to chopping veg/ingredients for meals, but I wanted to cut down on UPFs and start making more tasty meals from scratch. We already had a blender, but it was pureeing the foods too much so we thought we'd try this chopper. It has honestly had a huge positive impact on my family's diet. We are eating much more homecooked meals with plenty of veggies and fresh ingredients because it makes food prep so fast and convenient and it does the job really well. The angled blades are super sharp (be careful of fingers when washing up!) and they dice even tough veg like raw carrots/cucumbers/onions into small cubes in a matter of seconds. It is very easy to clean and a good size, not too big or too small. It also doesnt work unless the cover is locked into position, so although very powerful, it feels very safe to use. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and have recommended this to family members.

A great chopper but they’re slightly misleading about how easy to clean. Individual parts are relatively easy to clean but the motor bit is quite tricky as the top does get a few stray onion or garlic or whatever bits on there and I’m always wary of cleaning anything electric! Perfect for chopping small amounts. I like using it for salsas or dips. But just making a soffritto is a breeze!
