Convenient, portable size. Good price. Works well.
This is the second one of these I’ve purchased. The first one still works fine, but there’s no way to empty all of the water out of the reservoir, so I always have to leave it open after use. Unfortunately, I accidentally left the reservoir closed after using it once, and the tube inside that delivers the water into my mouth grew mold. It happened within a few hours. I’m not confident that anything will completely remove the mold, so I don’t feel it’s safe to use anymore. So, I bought a new one. This was an error on my part, and not a problem with the device itself. It’s a convenient size, and I like that it doesn’t take up much space on my counter. The reservoir is a little small, and sometimes I have to fill it twice, but that’s a trade-off for the compact size. It’s easy to use, and it’s improved my gum health, and it gets to areas I can’t reach with my toothbrush. It’s a good value for the price. I bought it on sale.

Waterpik Cordless Pulse 3100 Portable Water Flosser, Rechargeable
I've been using this Waterpik for a few weeks and really like it. It's easy to use, holds a charge well, and leaves my teeth feeling much cleaner than brushing alone. The cordless design is great for travel and doesn't take up much counter space. The water reservoir could be a little larger, but overall, it's a great addition to my dental routine.

Functions but design needs work
I have had this unit for a year. The performance is very good. It does everything it’s supposed to do. the tab for opening to insert the water broke and is no longer attached. It has little plastic tabs for opening and closing in one of the tabs broke. It also seems to leak following use and the water drains out of the bottom, so although the product works well, and continues to perform its function. It just leaks and the tab has to be placed on and taken off because there’s no connector anymore, so I would say that it works well for a year, and after that you have to cope with the things that don’t truly work properly.

Effective and easy
Easy to use and no question it gets lots of particles out of my teeth. Better than floss. Highly recommended by my dentist. Portable and waterproof. Use anywhere. Charge lasts a long time. Water fill lasts about 45 seconds. Liking it.

Easy to Use and Great for Everyday Flossing
I really like this Waterpik. I wanted something that was easy to use and didn’t take up a lot of space on my bathroom counter, and this has been a great fit. It’s cordless, so I don’t have to deal with a cord getting in the way, and it’s easy to grab and use. The water pressure is strong enough to feel like it’s actually cleaning between my teeth, but it didn’t take me long to get used to it. The size is also convenient and it’s easy to hold. I’ve been using it regularly and my mouth feels much cleaner after using it. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it if you want a simple cordless water flosser without a lot of fuss.

It’s okay, my water reservoir has a leak
This waterpik is good not great. My hubby got a different ocean’s and his is more powerful and the water reservoir is bigger. I would call this good not great. For the money it’s a good value, but it’s not a high end water pick. Mine started leaking about 9 months after I got it, which was a little frustrating. But all in not, not a bad purchase!

Makes ya wanna floss
Love it so much and it actually makes me want to floss. The charge lasts a ridiculously long time and the color coded heads are super helpful. Love that you can remove the tank entirely so it's not holding water. Only criticism is that I have to refill the tank like 3/4 way through my flossing because I run out of water but maybe I'm doing it too slow.

Tank is Way Too Small
My dental hygienist recommended that I get a Waterpik to help with a receding gum line around a crown that I have. She said using it regularly will help stop the receding and possibly improve it so i won't have to have gum surgery in the future. When I looked at the different models, this portable one caught my eye because it can be used in the shower and that solved my concern about overspray all over my bathroom. First, I'll address all the positives. It does a great job cleaning my teeth and gums, and they feel great after I use it. I also like the fact that it's portable so I can take it with me when I travel. Now for the bad, and the first one is a deal breaker to me. The tank that you fill to use the device is small and it empties way too quickly. In fact, when I timed it, it goes from completely full to empty in 45 seconds. This is nowhere near enough time to clean the front and backs of all of your teeth, so you have to stop and refill the tank to continue. This isn't a huge deal when you're standing at the sink, but in the shower it's a major pain. A shower head has multiple small stream of water that come out of it, and the opening to the Waterpik tank is about the size of a dime, so filling it in the shower takes forever. In order to clean your teeth and gums properly, I have to use 3 tanks of water, and that means I have to refill it twice while showering, and that's incredibly slow. The second thing that is bad is it hurts your teeth if they're sensitive. Now I did find a work-around for this by filling the tank with warm water, which makes a big difference for me. If you have sensitive teeth, don't even try to use cold tap water. Start with the warm water and save yourself some pain. Overall, I love the way the Waterpik feel to my teeth and gums, so I have decided to use it at the sink instead of in the shower, which defeats the purpose of buying this particular model. Due to the tank, I have only give this 2 stars. The poor rating isn't based on the benefits I have for using this, it's solely based on the small tank emptying way too quickly. My recommendation would be to buy a Waterpik, but don't buy this model. I would get the one with the larger tank that you can use at the sink because you'll probably end up using it there anyway, and you won't have to stop and fill it multiple times for one use.

not worth it
The water tank is very small, and the stream is weak. I had the same brand a few years ago, it was quite good hence the reason to buy this one. but this is nothing compared to the older one, too week, too small and too far to change, so be it, but I won't recommend to anyone.
