Honestly, this works exactly as advertised, comes with the attachments anyone would need. This particular type of jal neti pot / nasal rinse is ideal. I've tried quite a few of these, and this works the best, definitely much better than the ones you have to lean over and rely on gravity to move the water through. It's got a small button on the bottom of the thing that you press, and a gentle but steady stream goes through the nasal canal and out the other end, and it's not an unpleasant sensation unlike a few others.Also, at this price, it's a no-brainer. The only thing to note is that you should always use distilled water or a saline solution to rinse. DO NOT USE TAP WATER.
