I always use this before I work out
Love this stuff. Always kicks in within 20 or 30 minutes after taking. Taste better than most products out there at half the cost never really had any side effects unless you count get you pumped up to work out.

I love this stuff as a pre workout! It tastes good too. I don’t get any bad side effects from it and definitely has helped me avoid drinking energy drinks. It is a small size bottle, maybe a months worth. But totally worth it!

It does a great job providing that extra energy and focus needed before training. It dissolves easily in water without leaving too many clumps at the bottom. The effect kicks in quickly and helps maintain the pace during intense exercise routines.
