Have been buying this from amazon since I can remember. Gives me the little push I need to get off the couch to the gym without giving me anxiety. Great alternative to energy drinks. Will continue buying from here, best price I have found. Fruit punch is delicious

This is my first time using a pre-workout supplement and I’ve got to say I was pretty blown away by the amount of lasting energy I have, Not only throughout my workout, but throughout the day! i’m lifting heavier and with more sets than before. I got the watermelon doesn’t taste too bad-very sweet

Was hoping this tasted similar to their Watermelon Hydration water that they seem to have discontinued. Even though it does not taste as good, it has an oddly satisfying lime watermelon type taste.. It's no longer watermelon but.. eh It certainly gave me a boost of energy... and I do not usually experience any energy boost from any energry drinks... So whatever this has in it seems to work.

Works good but not the greatest tasting stuff a little too strong of flavor

My favorite pre workout, make sure you stay hydrated or your kidneys will hurt ! Mix well or it will taste weird . Helps with my strength like crazy! Helps me run faster, but I have to drink a gallon of water if I want to feel healthy. Steps are simple, easy to use . Please stay Hydrated, as this will lower your hydration, and stress your kidneys and liver if you don’t drink lots of water to flush it out.

Flavor is really not for me.

Tastes great and its a very good pre workout at a great price..
