Q: Is this jacket made of real sheepskin and real sheep fur?

Yes on both counts. Is is a beautiful jacket that is on the smaller size, so just order one size up from your normal and you should be fine. I am 6', 204 pounds (broader shoulders and narrow waist) and I have an XL. Fits great, a little tight in the arms but really nice with a button down shirt underneath. This coat is the real deal. I own another sheepskin coat I purchased in Alaska, and they are very similar.
