This product is good, the quality is good, and the color is bright. For the price, it is a good amount of nylon; the material is strong and does not fray or shed threads. That said, the thickness of the nylon is perfect for making necklaces or bracelets. 100% recommended.

Perfect for adding accessible chewelry pieces!
I teach elementary special education so a lot of my students have sensory needs. I have a number of students who use chewelry to help support these needs, using necklaces, pencil toppers, or other similar items. Unfortunately, these tools typically will come with holes to support string but no actual string and many of them have very small openings. This cord perfectly fit every single type of chewelry tool. It was super easy to tie in a knot, tighten, and my students were unable to undo the knots independently. I loved the stretchiness as it allowed different necklaces to accommodate differently sized students.I also really appreciate that the black color and nylon material didn't clearly advertise when it was soaking wet, inadvertently identifying my students when they were among their general education peers. Since the nylon was thin and didn't retain a lot of liquid, it also didn't cause a lot wet stains on their clothes like other types of cords or strings. As long as students were adequately supervised and chewelry on the nylon string was only given to students who could reasonably be expected to safely interact with that material, it did a perfect job! Plus, it was super easy to sanitize!
