Excellent!!!!
i picked this rating because for the price of the item, cost of postage and the weight/size of the book it was great value for money. I bought this item for my husband who is mad on history and he seems to be very impressed with it. The item was alot more detailed than i was expecting and has some beautiful illustrations of the battles. This item is of high quality and would recommend it to anyone who has someone in their lives that loves history especially wars/battles etc.

Great book for those interested in History Battles
I bought this book for my husband's birthday and he is really enjoying reading it. He tells me it is easy to just dip into every now and then. A great book for those interested in war themes, and or history. It is quite a thick book so not easy to carry around but great to read at home.

Smaller than expected
I have bought this for my son for Christmas who is interested in history, I thought the book would be larger and the corner was damaged on arrival, i can't be bothered sending it back but it looks full of tonnes of information so i think he'll be pleased and at 15 he won't notice the creased edge. I'm sure it will be a useful reference book as well for him. Failing that a good one for the guest loo!

Cracking read....
....if you like war! Fantastic book, extremely interesting read, I wouldn't have put it down apart from it is incredibly heavy!
