Hi, Yes, you can block any number or area / country dialling code by entering a specific programme into the blocker. For example, if you wanted to block an area with the dialling code 569, you enter a programme that includes those three digits and all calls starting with 569 would be blocked. The blocker plugs into your phone cord not the coax, and blocks calls to the phone, so it should work well with Comcast
