Hello, is this boot the wide version?

No, its the standard width. I returned the boots after 3 months as the rubber on the instep perished as it was not good quality. Would not purchase another pair of that make again.

How do I use my warranty?

If you bought via Amazon or a Keen approved dealer, you have to contact them about your warranty. They then asked me to return my boots for inspection as they did not accept the photographic evidence I sent. Returned 2 weeks ago : no response as yet!

No but I got a refund after the return was accepted.

These boots fell apart after less than a year of fairly tame walking. Can I have a refund?

You should get a refund in full. The same thing happened to me, purchased from Amazon through sportshoes partner, who were excellent and processed a full refund upon return of the rubbish boots.
