Just boiled this weeks gallon. More cost effective than using tea bags and same great flavor! Boil water and add bag to stew and then add to container with remaining needed water. Super easy and quick.

Nothing wrong with the tea. Interiors packages were not sealed well and the boxes were full of loose tea. Price was great but nothing in the descriptions to indicate they/ might be defective. Customer service corrected the issue quickly.Why did you pick this product vs others?: My preferred tea
