Excellent so far, easy connectivity, good sound quality. However the noise cancelling so so...as I sit next to a human trumpet to the left of me and a girl who swallowed an industrial fog horn on the right.

Unhappy with this product. It keeps losing microphone connectivity, despite rebooting , updating and speaking with their technicians. Apparently this is a known issue . I’m extremely disappointed given its cost.

Wireless capability and ability to connect to laptop and mobile is very useful. Docking/charging stand is helpful. Sits well on the head. Sound is slightly tinny and there is occasion distortion when speaking, almost like being ouside in the wind. Still consider this very good for the price.

good piece of kit, can connect up to 8 bluetooth devices (mobile phones) and main usb and usb-c bluetooth adaptor for PC. It's no good for gaming or 5.1 or 7.1, media sounds tinny but its ok. Comes with a charging dock, with a fixed ubs-c connection but no power plug to charge it, had to buy one separate, as i have no usb-c connections on my pc.. so looses 1 star for this as it did not mention you may require a power plug for the docker. bit pricey for what it is.

Why did you choose this product over others?: They will not pair either with my phone or with my PC. Totally useless.

I love this headset! The noise cancellation is excellent, so I can hear everything clearly, and people on the other end can hear me clearly too. It fits perfectly, and I love that it’s adjustable for a comfortable fit. The controls are easy to use and very convenient. It’s comfortable to wear even during long workdays. I use it consistently for 8 hours straight, and the battery easily lasts the entire day, which is fantastic. The charging stand is a great bonus, and the price is absolutely worth it for the quality and performance. Overall, it’s an awesome headset, and I highly recommend it.

A Great Upgrade... Once You Remember to Turn It On! 😂 I bought this headset for my partner on March 26, 2026, because she works from home and was still using an old corded headset. Every time she went to use it, the cord looked like it had lost a fight with a bowl of spaghetti. It was always tangled, twisted, or wrapped around something. This Poly Voyager 4320 was a huge upgrade. Setup was quick, pairing was easy, and the wireless freedom alone made it worth the purchase. The sound quality is excellent, people hear her clearly, and the charging stand keeps everything neat and ready to go instead of becoming another cable mess on the desk. Now... there is one tiny "problem." Not with the headset. With the user. 😂 Every once in a while I'll hear, "Hello?... Hello?... Can anyone hear me?" over and over during the start of a meeting. I'll peek my head around the corner with my best *I-know-exactly-what's-wrong* grin and say... "Did you turn it on?" Cue the sheepish smile... followed by, "Oh." To be fair, that's not the headset's fault, it just works so reliably that forgetting to press the power button is about the only issue we've had. After months of regular work-from-home use, it's been dependable, comfortable enough for long meetings, and the battery life has been excellent. If you're looking for a quality wireless headset for work, this one is an easy recommendation. Just remember one important step... Turn it on first. 😄
