Update - Customer service finally got back to me and they were great! Very helpful and replaced the ice maker since it was still under the one year warranty. Good ice maker to start. Very loud but we put up with it. Now after 7 months of use, it died and will not make ice. Followed all suggested cleaning over the 7 months but after a long VERY loud grinding yesterday, stopped working. Look for other options unless you have $190 to spend every 7 months.

We are happy with our purchase. It makes great ice in a short time, as described in the product information. We were surprised that there was no way to keep the ice frozen in this machine. It had to be used pretty quickly OR saved in our freezer to prevent melting. However, storing them in a ziploc bag works very well. The cubes didn't stick together. We thought the size of the cubes were exactly what we expected! This company shipped it, and we received it in the time promised.

Very frustrated! This is the second nugget ice maker (different brands) I have bought and had to return this month. Our old Siloon bullet maker went out at 2 years old. It was great but wanted to try nugget ice. This one worked for 1 day. This morning the red light was on but tank was full. No ice had been made. I turned it off and back on but now it is just running and not making any ice after 2 hours. It sounds louder and seems hot. So I have turned it off for good. It makes a hiss after turning it off. I am sad the ice was really nice but I think I will just return these do not seem to be built to last.

The machine isn't very quiet but makes great pieces of ice quickly. It does not take up much space, nice and sleek looking.

We are loving our countertop ice machine. It's a little slow making the ice, but that's not a problem for us. We make a basket full and put it in a zip lock bag in the freezer until we need it. You can't leave the ice in the basket once it's finished because it will melt. It takes about an hour to make a full basket. I love the tiny nugget cubes it makes. I also love that we can use the filtered water from our fridge in this machine. I would highly recommend this product.

It was working fine for a couple months. Then randomly a loud whirring noise started and it stopped making ice. I went through a couple cleaning cycles, and I had even bought an ice maker cleaner and used that but it didn’t work. And it no longer makes ice. The instruction manual has nothing regarding loud noises.

Makes nugget ice. Does good job. Much like sonic ice.

Wife loves this thing. Her search for perfect ice is over. If you don’t use the ice right away it melts into the water Contsiner and makes new ice!
