Great product thanks

Has helped some what with the brain fog and energy levels which is good. Not a miracle cure but does help. Only issue, the tablets are very hard to swallow, I have to break them in half and even then it can be tricky. Bearing in mind I take 4 other vitamin type tablets these are by far the worst. May be the coating of the tablet and the thickness combined.

I am writing this review in case there is a (peri)menopausal woman out there wondering whether to try this or not. I'd say, try it. It has helped me. I still get the hot flushes but they are nowhere as bad as they used to be. It has also calmed me and increased my general well-being. I do not take any other drugs.

Do what they say but very big tablets

These tablets are great. They are easy to swallow. I felt their effects almost immediately. I feel I have more energy and I take them along with diet to lower my cholesterol. I recommend them. I think they are reasonably priced.
